About the Company

This major electricity distribution network supplies safe and reliable power to more than 2.7 million people across NSW. With significant customer and infrastructure growth underway, the business continues to invest in its network, workforce and the transition toward a smarter and more sustainable energy system.

Working within a field service crew, you will support construction, maintenance and emergency restoration activities across the distribution network. The position includes overhead,

underground and substation-related work, along with after-hours fault and emergency response when required.

Requirements

• Relevant Lineworker or Distribution Powerline Worker trade qualification
• Experience installing, repairing and maintaining electricity distribution assets
• Sound knowledge of overhead and underground distribution construction and maintenance practices
• Strong safety focus with practical knowledge of field-based WHS/OH&S requirements
• Appropriate driver's licence, with HR licence and relevant EWP, crane, DG, forklift, traffic control or switching competencies highly regarded

What's on Offer

• Base Salary $83,700 to $94,600 (avg 36 hours per week, 9 day fortnight) + allowances and additional benefits.
