This role sits within a significant long-term maintenance environment and will have responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the mechanical and electrical maintenance function.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
• Strong preventative and reactive maintenance experience, ideally across water, wastewater, treatment plants or comparable critical infrastructure
• Proven people leadership including performance management, team development and driving accountability against targets
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage operational, financial and service-performance expectations
• Commercially aware and technology-focused, with experience using maintenance management systems and data to improve planning and performance
