Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience estimating commercial mechanical services projects.
• Strong cost planning and pre-construction capability.
• Experience with data centre projects will be highly regarded.
• Proven ability to prepare competitive tenders for complex D&C projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
