Requirements

• Previous experience as a Civil Leading Hand on infrastructure or utility projects.
• Ability to coordinate site crews and daily construction activities.
• Strong understanding of trenching, underground services and civil construction.
• Current White Card and relevant plant or civil construction tickets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and safety focus.
