Requirements

• Senior estimating experience across utilities, civil infrastructure or major network projects.
• Strong first-principles estimating capability, including labour, plant, materials and subcontractor pricing.
• Proven experience managing complex tenders, bid strategy, risk, opportunities and commercial reviews.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programmes, scopes and contract documentation.
• Commercially astute communicator capable of engaging operations, engineering, procurement and senior stakeholders.
