The business is seeking an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of project outcomes while maintaining strong commercial, programme, safety and client performance.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience delivering commercial HVAC or mechanical services projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC construction, D&C delivery, commissioning and project handover
• Demonstrated commercial capability across budgets, variations, procurement and subcontractor management
• Ability to manage programmes, site teams, subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders
• Strong client-facing communication with a practical, delivery-focused approach
