Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within infrastructure, utilities or civil construction
• Strong network across water authorities, councils or major asset owners
• Demonstrated success securing new contracts and long-term service agreements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Commercially astute with strong proposal and tender experience
