About the Company

An established civil contractor delivering infrastructure projects with a strong focus on safe, commercially disciplined and reliable project outcomes. With an active pipeline of opportunities, the business is looking to strengthen its pre-contracts capability with an experienced Senior Civil Estimator who can independently lead complex tenders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Senior Estimator experience within Australian civil construction
• Strong first-principles estimating capability is essential
• Proven ability to lead tenders, including take-offs, pricing, subcontractor packages and tender submissions
• Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, productivity rates, labour, plant and materials
• Commercially astute with the ability to identify tender risks, opportunities and value engineering options
