Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large-scale utilities, energy or infrastructure contracts
- Strong commercial and financial management capability, including P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary operational and project delivery teams
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of HSEQ, contract governance and risk management
