Contract Director – Mt Piper, Energy Australia


An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Contract Director to lead the delivery of a major essential services contract at Mt Piper Power Station. This is a pipeline opportunity for an accomplished operational leader with a strong background in utilities, energy or infrastructure who can drive operational excellence, commercial performance and client satisfaction across a critical asset. This role will provide strategic oversight of contract delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams while ensuring safety, financial performance and operational excellence remain at the forefront. Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale utilities, energy or infrastructure contracts
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability, including P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary operational and project delivery teams
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ, contract governance and risk management
